Returns & Exchanges

・Returns are possible for most products after your order is complete, with some exceptions.
(For returns due to customer convenience, the customer will bear the shipping cost.)
・Please contact us within 7 days of product arrival.
・If a defective or incorrect product arrives, we will bear the return shipping cost.
・Additionally, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:　
　1) Perishable goods　
　2) Campaign products and pre-order products　
　3) Opened products (excluding packaging materials)
