Terms of Use
Article 1 (Membership)
1. "Member" refers to an individual who agrees to these terms and conditions and applies for membership in accordance with the procedures stipulated by the Company.
2. "Member Information" refers to information about the member's attributes disclosed to the Company by the member, as well as transaction history information of the member, etc.
3. These terms and conditions apply to all members and must be adhered to at the time of registration and thereafter.
Article 2 (Registration)
1. Membership Eligibility
Customers who agree to these terms and conditions and complete the prescribed membership application will be granted membership eligibility upon completion of the prescribed registration procedures. Membership registration procedures must be carried out by the individual who will become the member. Registration by proxy is strictly prohibited. Please note that membership applications from individuals whose membership has been revoked in the past or whom the Company deems unsuitable may be refused.
2. Input of Member Information
When performing membership registration procedures, please read the input instructions carefully and accurately enter the required information into the prescribed input form. Special symbols, old kanji characters, Roman numerals, etc., cannot be used for member information registration. If these characters are registered, the Company will change them.
3. Password Management
(1) Passwords may only be used by the member themselves and may not be transferred or lent to third parties.
(2) Members are responsible for managing their passwords, such as changing them regularly, to ensure they are not known to others.
(3) Any declaration of intent made to the Company using a password will be considered a declaration of intent by the member themselves, and all payments etc. arising therefrom will be the sole responsibility of the member.
Article 3 (Changes)
1. If there are any changes to the information registered with the Company, such as name or address, the member shall promptly notify the Company.
2. The Company shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred due to the failure to register changes. Please note that even if changes are registered, transactions already processed before the change registration will be carried out based on the information before the change registration.
Article 4 (Withdrawal)
If a member wishes to withdraw, the member themselves must complete the withdrawal procedure. Withdrawal will be effective upon completion of the prescribed withdrawal procedure.
Article 5 (Loss of Membership Eligibility and Obligation to Compensate)
1. If a member makes a false declaration when applying for membership, fails to fulfill payment obligations for mail-order purchases, or if there are other reasons that the Company deems the member unsuitable, the Company may revoke the member's eligibility.
2. If a member commits any of the acts specified in the following paragraphs, the member shall be liable to compensate the Company for any damages incurred as a result:
(1) Unauthorized use of member ID or password.
(2) Interfering with the Company's business by accessing this website to alter information or transmitting harmful computer programs to this website.
(3) Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of products handled by the Company.
(4) Other acts that violate these terms of use.
Article 6 (Handling of Member Information)
1. As a general rule, the Company will not disclose member information to third parties without the prior consent of the member. However, in the following cases, the Company may disclose member information and other customer information without the member's prior consent:
(1) When disclosure is required by law.
(2) When the Company deems it necessary to protect its rights, interests, reputation, etc.
2. Member information shall be managed by the Company in accordance with its "Initiatives for Personal Information Protection." The Company may use member information for the purpose of providing services to members, improving service content, promoting service use, and ensuring the sound and smooth operation of services.
3. The Company may provide information (including advertisements) to members via email newsletters or other methods. If a member does not wish to receive information, they may notify the Company to that effect in accordance with the method prescribed by the Company, and the Company will stop providing information. However, the provision of information necessary for the operation of this service cannot be stopped at the member's request.
Article 7 (Prohibited Matters)
When using this service, members are prohibited from performing the following acts:
1. Violating laws or these terms and conditions, precautions for using this service, precautions for shopping on this service, or other related terms and conditions.
2. Harming the rights, interests, or reputation of the Company or other third parties.
3. Performing acts that may adversely affect the minds and bodies of young people, or other acts contrary to public order and morals.
4. Performing acts that cause nuisance or discomfort to other users or third parties.
5. Entering false information.
6. Transmitting or writing harmful computer programs, emails, etc.
7. Illegally accessing the Company's servers or other computers.
8. Lending or transferring passwords to third parties, or sharing them with third parties.
9. Any other act that the Company deems inappropriate.
Article 8 (Interruption/Suspension of Service, etc.)
1. The Company may, without prior notice, suspend all or part of the services provided in any of the following cases, in order to maintain the good operating status of the services:
(1) When necessary for routine and emergency system maintenance.
(2) When the system is overloaded.
(3) When system operation becomes difficult due to fire, power outage, interference by a third party, etc.
(4) In other cases where the Company determines that it is unavoidable to suspend the system.
Article 9 (Changes/Abolition of Service)
The Company may, at its discretion, change or abolish all or part of the services as appropriate, without prior notice.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)
1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members in connection with the Company's services, including damages caused by system interruptions, delays, stoppages, data loss, or unauthorized access to data due to failures in communication lines, computers, or other equipment.
2. The Company does not guarantee that emails or content sent from the Company's web pages, servers, or domains are free of harmful elements such as computer viruses.
3. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by a member as a result of the member's violation of these terms and conditions.
Article 11 (Revision of these Terms and Conditions)
The Company may revise these terms and conditions at its discretion, and may also establish supplementary terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Supplementary Terms") to supplement these terms and conditions. Revisions or supplements to these terms and conditions shall become effective when the revised terms and conditions or Supplementary Terms are posted on the Company's designated website. In this case, members shall abide by the revised terms and conditions and Supplementary Terms.
Article 12 (Governing Law, Jurisdiction)
In the event of a dispute regarding these terms and conditions, the local court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the court of exclusive agreed jurisdiction for the first instance.
